Design Revolution chubby baby shoot: outfits 9, 10 and an extra showcase!

One of my favorite clients who's graced me several times over this past year came to model for us.  How lucky are we?  She even put on her own bikini for us, needless to say, we couldn't resist!  

the first outfit really isn't new we just needed to photograph it, the "me~n~my sock monkey" set.  This 3 pc. set is girls with a lt. pink tutu, one for monkey too! $110.00  and for boys with red hair and red on the hat (see website for images)  $60.00  also comes in blue for boys too!  this set is so popular, you can see why;-)

6,7 and 8! how's that for playing catch up?

Things got a bit hairy this week when my website www.jklaasmeyer.com and email went down, but it's back up and running and life is good;-)

We'll start with the 2 pc. baby puff outfit, this time shown in black and baby pink.  I love how this tutu is mini so that it can show off all (almost) of that sweet baby!  We call this "teeny ballerina" and the set is only $45.00  (available in aqua, turquoise, rose and light pink)

 

 

 

 

this little hat is so sweet, it says "heartbreaker"  comes in pink, blue and black $27.00 each or pick 2 for $45.00  also available mommy's boy and daddy's girl both in white.  0-18 month

Chubby baby outfit #6.

How sweet is this tutu with a lacy floral apron sewn right in?  pair it up with our frilly top and a cute hat and you've got a perfect combo.  tutu $75.00  top $32.00  custom hat $35.00  (set $125.00)

this set also comes in ivory/pink, but we'll get to that later.  I'll post more examples Monday, enjoy the weekend!

 

  

Chubby baby outfit #5.

Wow, this sweet little one gave us a huge variety of expressions.  She is wearing our new baby puff and headpiece set.  This comes in two color themes.  rich, beautiful shabby browns or sweet colorful pastels.  Very short and fluffy, perfect for showing off those chubby baby legs that we all love so much;-)

OUTFIT #3!

Oh, i love this outfit, so girly and sassy!  The romper is available in several colors for 52.00 and fits any age up to about 6.  Worn all by itself, with a strand of pearls or as a top and panty combo under a tutu for the older girls.  Add a matching headband  25.00

An outfit a day;-)

As some of you have been following our huge baby photoshoot this past week, I am going to vow to somehow post an outfit per day.  We have about 20 new outfits so this should be a real test.  We will be adding these new items to our site over the next couple of weeks, feel free to call if you see something you just have to have, in the meantime i'll continue editing the sessions and posting the proofs.

Here we go, outfit 1, our "teeny ballerina" set, made super short and sheer to show off those fabulous baby buns $45.00 (avail in aqua, turquoise, rose, light pink and black with coordinating headpc), I'll be posting in the days order...

 

 

 

 

 

 

PERSPECTIVES WORKSHOP DATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION

Due to attendee feedback we are moving the workshop bforward one day, hope this helps some of you out;-)

"PERSPECTIVES" WORKSHOP DATES ANNOUNCED

LORI NORDSTROM     JULIE KLAASMEYER

The class is $695.00 and will start Sunday at noon and run until Tuesday around 5.  The last workshop was pretty much a 24 hr a day deal, so much learning and even more having fun;-)  The first day will cover mostly business, marketing, ideas, new product highlights, as well as getting down and personal;-)  This would be a great time also to address any topics you would like to cover.  

Monday morning we'll be starting the day with a few photo shoots, taking the photo shoot all the way from concept to final design.  We have 9,ooo. Sq feet to play so we will rotate around and cover different scenarios.  

Tuesday we will focus on workflow, Photoshop, creating brand new "boutique"  items that no one else is doing and discussing techniques to help your studio step it up a notch.  This workshop will be intensely "hands-on"  We believe it is all about separating ourselves from the ordinary portrait photographer.  

Did I mention fun?

Light breakfast, drinks and snacks will be provided.  Sunday night will include a cookout and lunches will be provided Monday and Tuesday.



Flight would need to be made into MCI (kansas city international) and accommodations could be made at our new best western in Paola kansas.  (about 50 miles from mci) 913.294.3700



I'm so excited to be collaborating with Lori on this workshop.  Two unique ideas, styles, and PERSPECTIVES on everything in the business, yet one goal in mind...to create unique portrait art that stands out from the crowd.
